Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior React Developer who possesses comprehensive knowledge of React.js versions 15 through the latest React 19. The ideal candidate should demonstrate expertise in building robust, scalable front-end applications and be adept at keeping pace with React’s evolving features and architectural changes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Design and deliver UI components, layouts, and visual elements for web and/or mobile applications.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI guidelines.
- Iterate designs based on feedback, data insights, and usability findings.
- Stay up to date on best practices, design trends, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and UX processes.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a plus, not mandatory).
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
