Jiway at the African Week of Inclusive Finance (SAM) 2025: Driving Innovation and Inclusion in Africa

Jiway at the African Week of Inclusive Finance (SAM) 2025: Driving Innovation and Inclusion in Africa

JIWAY S.A. proudly participated in the African Week of Inclusive Finance (SAM) 2025, held in Nairobi – Kenya, one of the most influential gatherings on the continent focused on expanding access to finance. The event brought together a diverse network of impact investors, microfinance institutions, financial service providers, innovators, government representatives, and researchers; all united by a shared goal, to make financial systems more accessible, sustainable, and inclusive.

Representing Jiway at the event was Eugène Mpacko Ngosso, Agile Enterprise Architect and Sales Manager, alongside CAGECFI, Jiway’s African partner. Together, they showcased Jiway’s commitment to building smart, reliable, and inclusive financial technologies tailored for African markets.

Showcasing Innovation Through the MozaIK Suite

During the event, Jiway presented some of its key solutions from the MozaIK suite, a comprehensive set of digital tools designed to help financial institutions operate more efficiently while remaining accessible to all users.

HighQReport: Inclusive and Accessible Reporting

One of the main highlights was HighQReport, a multilingual reporting platform that supports right-to-left (RTL) languages such as Arabic and complies fully with EAA accessibility standards.

HighQReport was developed with inclusivity at its core. It offers an accessible and user-friendly experience with screen reader support and assistive interface integration for users with visual or hearing impairments. This focus on accessibility ensures that everyone can use financial reporting effectively (regardless of ability or language).

KYC Duedil: Smarter Compliance and Automation

Another key product showcased was KYC Duedil, Jiway’s intelligent KYC review automation tool. This module integrates external screening services (KYC, AML, PEP checks, identity verification, and e-signature capabilities).

Built on a flexible database, KYC Duedil enables institutions to tailor compliance processes to internal policies and local regulations, ensuring faster and more accurate client verification.

A Credit Scoring Solution Built for Africa

Beyond these tools, Jiway and CAGECFI also presented their fully digitalized credit scoring solution, designed specifically for the needs and realities of African financial institutions.

This end-to-end platform offers dual configuration modes to serve both technical and business users:

  • For technical users, the system allows configuration of scoring rules, integration with third-party APIs, and customization of complete workflows.
  • For business users, it provides the autonomy to manage evaluation criteria, risk thresholds, and contractual conditions without requiring technical intervention.

The result is a flexible, modular, and highly adaptable credit scoring framework that empowers institutions to make faster and more reliable lending decisions.

Other notable advantages include:

  • Optimized user experience with intuitive dashboards, real-time tracking, and smart alerts.
  • Strong compliance and data security, aligned with COBAC, BCEAO, and international cybersecurity standards.

This innovative solution streamlines credit approvals, minimizes default risks, and enhances transparency and trust throughout the lending process.

Building a Stronger Financial Future for Africa

Jiway’s participation in SAM 2025 reflects its long-term commitment to advancing inclusive finance across Africa through innovation, collaboration, and technology. By combining expertise with CAGECFI and listening closely to the evolving needs of African institutions, Jiway continues to design solutions that deliver both impact and sustainability.

As the discussions at SAM 2025 showed, the path toward financial inclusion requires collaboration, technology, and adaptability. Jiway remains committed to this mission, enabling financial institutions to grow responsibly while extending opportunities to more people across the continent.
